The collateral consequences created by our criminal legal system have a disproportionate impact on some of our poorest and most vulnerable communities. We know that there is a better way forward, and seek to create hope for those feeling the pressures of a system that is stacked against them.
In 2021, values-aligned organizations came together to launch ProsperOK
The collaborative was formed to coordinate a comprehensive strategy aimed at fighting the several root causes of Oklahoma’s high incarceration rates. Since then, we’ve invested over $16M into our goals with the help of our funders at the Justice and Mobility Fund, the George Kaiser Family Foundation, and the Public Welfare Foundation.
